Elysium Engagement is a creative consultancy founded by Rebecca Langman.

We work across healthcare, lived experience, human rights, design, advocacy and workplace rights. Our work is about making systems more human and making sure the people who live and work in them have a real say in how they change.

We help organisations think through messy problems, listen properly, design better ways of doing things and turn good intentions into something useful.

A big part of our work is lived experience. We see it as expertise, not a story to collect. That means creating the right conditions for people to influence decisions, lead change and shape the services and workplaces they know firsthand.

We also work with unions, workers, advocates and organisations on questions of power, rights, participation and fairness.
